- BHBully HeadDec 19, 20251.0If I could give this place a 0 I would. I seen a roach on the floor on a tator tot 🤢, everything with our meals were wrong or bad, and the draft beer here was cloudy/bad. When these matters were brout the the managers attention they were very rude and also aggressive. They acted like third world convicts when these matters were brought up and wouldn't even give us the corporate office contact to report this place. Beware and eat at your own risk. As for us we will definitely not be coming back here. The health department needs to shut this trash hole down!🙏

The only bartender was trying to to do everything but couldn’t keep up . A guy came into the area and started to clean the tables and he never did acknowledge us we never did get waited on. We got up and left , I asked the counter person for the manager .The same guy came out that was in the bar area identified himself as the manager . He explained he had an employee shortage problem . It’s absolutely not acceptable for this time of year .The manager isn’t capable of multi -tasking . Hope you get a new manager. Oh , and by the way the manager said so what call his supervisor !

Pretty ironic that they then also forgot the celery that should have came with my order. Also, stick to the bone-in wings as their boneless wings have consistently been some of the saddest little pieces of meat I've seen.

Tried to call to speak with a manager, whoever answered the phone was very rude and I was forgotten about. Very rude staff. Disgusting food. Don’t waste your time with this location, travel to Beavercreek or anywhere else but the Springfield location.
