Tried to call to speak with a manager, whoever answered the phone was very rude and I was forgotten about. Very rude staff. Disgusting food. Don’t waste your time with this location, travel to Beavercreek or anywhere else but the Springfield location.

Customer service is non existent, you get a generic “someone will contact you” but they never do. If my daughter didn’t love Bdubs wings I would never come here. I’m always nice and always tip well regardless of how I order but you order for pick up and check for missing items and they get an attitude, you order for delivery with missing items and you’re SOL, you dine in and you wait 20 minutes before you’re seated then wait even longer for a server and even longer for your food. Ridiculous, this will be the next chain to close in Springfield.
