  When we got there it wasn't busy and most of the tables were dirty. The person greeted us and took us to a dirty table where we stood beside a seated table of guests while she cleaned it off. The waitress had to be told numerous times of things she forgot that was ordered and the food was subpar. The wings weren't half covered in sauce and most of the 5 meals were luke warm temp by the time we got it.

  We will not be visiting this restaurant again! We were there over an hr before getting our food. Our waitress was slow as a snail. We had our drinks & a refill (finally) before getting our appetizers & we were told we'd get silverwear & napkins when we got our entrées! WHAT. By the time we got our food it was cold & you could tell it had been sitting for a while. Not a great experience !!👎 & they were NOT busy

  Waited for almost 20 mins before anyone came over to take our order then got the wrong drink giving to us which didnt take our order when we got our drinks after waiting never coming back here again crappie service

  Just tried to go here for my birthday today. Pretty empty, maybe 10-12 parties total in the resteruant. Was sat by an unkind person who did not like that we asked for a booth. Sat for 10 minutes before we saw any servers at all, and they went to the 3 parties that walked in after us first. Waited another 10 minutes and still no service. Was about a 15-25 minute wait and we decided to leave. Still no service. I love BWW, but this service has questioned whether I’ll be back to eat in person.

  It took 45 minutes to get my food 15 wings crispy the server that took my order. Returned one more time before my food was done then Somebody else brings my food. I was never asked if I wanted anything like blue cheese or ranch. They just put ranch on the plate. I go to grab a hold of some of the wings and they are not hot at all. I grabbed one more and it's actually ice cold so I had to track somebody down to turn it back in so I can get them redone and behold the woman that brought out my first order is The manager me personally would not have brought this food to a table I never seen my server until she stopped by and said how was everything I said there's no plates here there's no empty stuff here. I never got anything. It was cold. She said you want me to get them redone. I said I'm still waiting for them. So I decided to leave because it took another 45 minutes to cook my wings. It was not that busy I shouldn't have been forgotten and they really should not have had such bad service I paid for the drink in the shop $13 and change I paid them a 20 so y'all need this one because you might not have your job much longer lady she didn't seem to care she said do you want me to take the wings off, I said I'm not paying for them so you do what you want.
