I am not going lie and say the food was bad it was the only good part about being here. When I go somewhere I would like to be able to understand the person taking my food order because I am hard of hearing and if my mom was not there I would have not understand the guy behind the counter. I don't know if it was his first day on that station on this job but he charged us for a meal when we did not want a meal and he was having trouble understand my mom and I. I think if they seen him have trouble they should have had someone help him or take over. If I was by myself I would have canceled my order cause I was having a very hard time hearing him and understand. I will not be going back to this Arby's I will stick with the one in Urbana ohio. Also the floor was very sticky. They should of had someone out there moping it up. Someone could of got hurt from sticking to the floor like a little child or dirty. When I go into place I at least expect the floor to be sticky free

Not angry, but when I clearly say I would like two classic roast beef sandwiches and a eight piece jalapeño bite and then I’m giving some kind of turkey bacon sandwich and one roast beef sandwich. which I won’t eat now and I live like 25 almost 30 minutes away what a waste of money and food I just wonder how many people got screwed out of their food today

Terrible customer service, they were all walking around like they were in a trance. No one smiled or said thank you. It took over 20 mins to get a couple lousy made sandwiches. I got half my order then waited ten more minutes in the other 2 sandwiches. No apology for the wait. Had to ask 3 times for sauce. Sandwiches were sloppy and smashed looking. Fries were only half full. Worst Arby's I've ever had.

The counter girl with the right hand tattoo was Extremely Disrespectful to the 3 gentleman before me, and then to me as well.
She Needs to be Fired.
The way she talked to us was uncalled for, as we were pleasant when ordering.
I look forward to talking to management.
The receipt I received was illegible, and I did not want to argue with their management.
The darker skinned older woman who gave us our food was very pleasant. She represents Arby's very well.
