  Absolutely AWFUL. I have gone do dunkins hundreds of times at many many locations. These people are rude, uncaring, unhelpful, and terrible employees. The food is FREEZING COLD half the time and when I go in to get it replaced they say "oh it's supposed to be that way" Do not go to this dunkin

  Customer service at this store is horrible. None of the employees care about your needs or apparently if they serve you raw food. I got bacon and it was freezing cold and they refused to cook it again for me or give me a refund. I obviously had to throw it away as I do want to get food poisoning, idk who would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

  Ordered at drive through, then had a question at the pickup window, girl wonderful answering question about new drink. I'm hearing impaired and she had to repeat answer. No issue but then manager came up and stated they could not add to order or answer questions at window, cause there were other customers. That's her idea of service, let alone treating customers w dignity. We are not even talking about it taking a minute total but it will be a long time stuck in my memory. The young girl at the window was harshly spoken to by manager about time and apologized for service. Do they treat all hearing limits customers like this?

  Staff was incredibly rude when asked to remake a drink that we always get. It tasted wrong. It looked wrong. Staff just shook their heads in annoyance that we even came up to ask for a remake and kept repeating that they remade it the exact same way they made the first one. That was the entire problem. Don't remake it the exact same if someone says it tastes wrong. Check how you are making it in the first place. It's disappointing that this Dunkin can't keep a staff that cares since the renovation.

  After a long drive, I thought I needed a break for some coffee and using the restroom, so I stopped at this location on March 19th. The toilets were so dirty, as they looked like they never cleaned it, toilet paper was everywhere on the floor. When I ordered, I was able to see behind the counter where they worked. It looked as if it had never been cleaned before. Garbage was everywhere, used gloves were placed under counters, and they handled foods and drinks without any gloves. It was rather unsanitary and a violation of multiple health protocols!!
