- FVFive Niner Photography & Videography1 day ago1.0First time at this location. Waited 30 minutes to order food. Location is either understaffed or the owner/manager need to improve operations & get all hands on deck. This location has a lot of potential being right off I-70.
- AAAustinApr 21, 20261.0I was so excited when they opened a Chipotle here, but now I intentionally go out of my way to drive to the one across town because of how bad this location is. Every. Single. TIME! The food is always, consistently BAD. If you order beans, expect it to be soupy. If you order chicken, expect it to be over cooked. If you eat inside, expect to be sitting in multiple peoples messes. If you ask for help, no you didn't they don't care. I genuinely am impressed in the worst ways with how absolutely awful an establishment can be, and someone this Chipotle accomplished exactly that.

I jad ro ask their names sue to how sweet they were. You guys have a great crew take care of them. Because they Definitely go above to make sure the customer was satisfied.

The trash cans were spilling over onto the floor.The servers were over filling with the portions. I'm sure the manager would not be happy with how much they were giving out. Very Wasteful. I hate to see this because my family loves Chipotle. But if they keep wasting food and not keeping the place clean they will be forced to close because of loss. Hopefully they will do better! I'm very hopeful!!
