  Waited fifteen minutes to be sat, no one was there, no host, no servers came up, finally had to ask the take out worker for help. Got sat, waited another 10 minutes and were completely ignored by servers, no one came to take our order. Asked for the manager, not sure if that's who it really was, but basically told them it was the worst service I've ever seen and that we would be leaving without ordering. Don't bother going here unless you want to be ignored.

  After waiting for a hour for the food to be served i got cold wedges too.. very disappointing! I would not recommend this place

  We keep trying this bws location and it's really just not good. Anywhere else is better. The boneless wings weren't covered very well in sauce and they were so dry and barely any chicken in heavy breading. Sliders and onions rings tasted bad and the wedges were very dry. The ranch and sour cream tasted different, almost like they were watered down. Won't go there again.

  There is never never never ever a hostess. You stand there waiting for 10 - 20 minutes, 15 employees walk by you, won't make eye contact and refuse to acknowledge you're even there. Happens ever single time without fail. We end up leaving. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
