    Recently stopped for an early dinner as we go there all the time and it’s always a nice experience. But this day they supposedly were low on Arby’s sauce. How are you low on Arby’s sauce? They had plenty in the little pump station but then the lady manning the fry station went off on the other employee for giving my girl a little cup so she could get a little. I’m guessing the rude lady was some sort of stupervisor correcting her employee in front of customers. Then started arguing with my wife. I was speechless. I’ll never ever go back. That lady shouldn’t be in any position of management.

    We went for a visit to Ohio. I ordered the French dip sub with the potato cakes. The potato cakes are kind of like hash browns. The were crispy, salty, and delicious. The French dip sub was so good. It's been a little while since I had that sub. It really hit the spot.

    I am not going lie and say the food was bad it was the only good part about being here. When I go somewhere I would like to be able to understand the person taking my food order because I am hard of hearing and if my mom was not there I would have not understand the guy behind the counter. I don't know if it was his first day on that station on this job but he charged us for a meal when we did not want a meal and he was having trouble understand my mom and I. I think if they seen him have trouble they should have had someone help him or take over. If I was by myself I would have canceled my order cause I was having a very hard time hearing him and understand. I will not be going back to this Arby's I will stick with the one in Urbana ohio. Also the floor was very sticky. They should of had someone out there moping it up. Someone could of got hurt from sticking to the floor like a little child or dirty. When I go into place I at least expect the floor to be sticky free

    Terrible customer service, they were all walking around like they were in a trance. No one smiled or said thank you. It took over 20 mins to get a couple lousy made sandwiches. I got half my order then waited ten more minutes in the other 2 sandwiches. No apology for the wait. Had to ask 3 times for sauce. Sandwiches were sloppy and smashed looking. Fries were only half full. Worst Arby's I've ever had.
