  Ordered the citrus mojo tenders off DoorDash it was delicious and then I picked up a tender and there was brownish blackish hair on it.… I actually have never had hair in my food from a restaurant. Hope I didn’t eat any other hairs. Then I saw another review saying the same thing. Smh. Idk please put your hair up at work or something or wear a net I’ve ordered from this place many times and never experienced this 🤦‍♀️

  i don’t know what is so hard about following instructions but every time i order from here the order is missing things or straight up wrong.. do better the job can’t be that hard

  We ordered online, I understand that ordering online and having it delivered may go through a third party, but the way things were handled were rude and made me never want to order there again. Our dasher only showed up with one bag. Here my thing the dasher should not have been given one half of the order without the rest, second I’d there is a shelf like everywhere else the first bag shouldn’t be put up without the second/ the rest of the order. So we called cause what do we do, we were met with attitude right of the bat confused we ask and just get told they have the bag and we can come pick it up. Which if that were the case we wouldn’t have used delivery to begin with then get put on hold for ten minutes. So we called back again cause we didn’t hear any indication to if we were still on hold or the phone, then get told we can give our name then put on hold then told we’d get store credit for what we didn’t get and were told “we don’t do delivery” which is false and I feel the situation could have been handled differently and people either need trained on DoorDash deliveries orders or places need to stop offering them.

  This place sucks! I placed an order over the phone, I should have known my order wasn’t going to be right because whoever was answering the phone hung up 3 times before I could actually place my order. After finally being able to place my order I pick it up only to find the order was wrong! How can you mess up an order you repeated back to me!!! This place gives Wingstop a bad name. They need to hire responsible people and not children!
