We sat at the bar for quicker service. Excellent experience as always. My salmon Alexander was perfect, my loaded baked potato was PHENOMENAL! I did get my salmon cooked well instead of as served on the menu (Medium rare). My stuffed crabs were so good perfect level of spice this time. My friend also enjoyed her chardonnay, catfish and fries. I gave a 3 for service due to the fact that I ordered a meal to go for my husband and they forgot his side. Other than that, always a lovely experience.

Everything about our dinner was great! The food was amazing and so much. My mother was complaining she was full and couldn't eat anymore as she was finishing her fish. Our server was so friendly and chatted with my mom about everything she could think of and that always means a lot to me. We we were seated as soon as we walked in. Drinks were good, appetizer was good, fish was good, and the bread pudding was one of the best I have ever tasted. We will be going back!

I ordered a 10 Oz filet medium well. It came to me moo-ing. It was COMPLETELY raw in the middle and burned on the outside. There were a few entrées including the filet. I didn't order any seafood with it. So I assumed I would get the side that comes with ONLY the filet (which I ordered) which was broccoli. I got spinach (gag) as a side. I didn't complain bcuz it was my daughter's birthday and we had others in our party that needed things fixed I didn't want to add to the chaos. I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. It seems way different than before covid. Thanks for the expensive meal that I couldn't eat.

Since it was Valentines day, we had to wait quite awhile for a table even though we had a reservation. When we were seated, the waitress was very prompt and thorough. We ordered oysters to start but she came back to the table and said they didnt have those anymore. We expected to be overcome with flavor but we were underwhelmed. My husband had the Mardi Gras pasta and I ordered the Grouper. The food was average and I expected better for the price.

Pappadaux is always a treat. If you absolutely love seafood and want it fresh even though you're not on the coast this is the place to go. They fly their seafood in fresh. I always go for their fantastic mouth watering seafood fondue served with the best garlic bread in the area. Then I move on to the Salmon Atlantic Alexander and substitute the dirty rice for their amazing spinach. Last but definitely not least, if you have a taste for creme brulee this one's top notch. Made with real vanilla bean and always that silky smooth texture.
