We put our order in & took at least 10 minutes to get it. There was an order of four right before us. They got their burgers out & touched them to open them & found they were ours as well as someone else’s. Our burgers were completely wrong & we got no fries. So they remade our order…sort of. My husband’s & daughter’s wax right, but mine was wrong AGAIN!!! I’d been in the hospital with my little boy for the last few days & hadn’t had breakfast even yet waiting to talk to all the doctors & soothing my son. So, wow!! This really made my day!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Bad bad bad costumer service… Happened Monday (November 3) between 2:30-3 pm… I made an order for two cheeseburgers all the way with the fries. And it was to go. I took the order. I went back to my place. I opened it and it was the wrong one. I say OK it might happen by mistake. I went back again to accept what’s going on. They didn't accept that. It was their mistake, I asked for exchange. They didn't accept that. I had I make another order and pay for it again. They didn't accept that what happened is their mistake, they argued it’s my mistake.the customer service was suck. I will never recommend that location again or return to it. That location wins the worst service ever. or maybe not to go to any five guys again.

Definitely not a Caucasian ran restaurant. I love everyone equally so this isn't about black or white. Sort of....... the atmosphere is not the same as it could/should be....... the saying there goes the neighborhood applies here. I wouldn't feel good about bringing my family here to eat. My opinion, I would shut this location down and reopen in better place, either more towards union center or on the 71 side. This location limits the earning potential tremendously. I wouldnt keep it open another day, whoever owns it needs to wake up. I'd be embarrassed to call that location mine. The owner Definitely had more money than sense. Does Five Guys have an operating standard? Qualifications 4 walls a roof and doors that lock??? Not that my opinion matters, its just weird to me that all these people with enough money to buy a franchise but not enough sense to make it successful. And here I sit struggling to make it week to week but full of common sense. Everyone does not have the same opportunities that is a lie to make the unfortunate less depressed. Zero truth. Working hard is not enough. Work hard all you want the only thing you'll get is a messed up back unless you have connections. Connections. Without connections you will spin your wheels and get nowhere. Write that down. Connections. Thats some Free game for anyone who takes the time to read this. Takr Pride in everything you do and make as many connections as you can in every field. More valuable than gold . Your welcome
