  Had a great time at Dave and Busters. I went with a friend and his family from out of town who had younger kids. While they played games with his kids, I grabbed a couple appetizers and a drink and watched the game. The service was great! The young lady at the bar (Rene I think) did a great job taking care of me while they were having a good time with their kids. To be honest, I was impressed with how she handled all of action at the bar without missing a beat! The atmosphere was as I remembered, fun and exciting… the kids had a blast and so did I! Good job DnB

  Me and some friends of mine went to Dave and busters to celebrate his birthday and honestly was disappointed.. Half the arcade games didn’t work or they would take your money and not let you do anything. The bartender was extremely rude and overall our experience was not a good one. I recommend staying away from the bar if Renae is working.

  I'm a veteran and visited on Veterans day with my son and granddaughter. They offered a nice $20 discount for their menu items and a free limited game card to enjoy their array of different video games with prizes. The food was well presented and not only looked great, it tasted even better! I also enjoyed one of their specialty drinks from the bar, while my granddaughter enjoyed playing the different games. We played some air hockey and several of the other arcades. There's also a virtual racing ride my granddaughter really enjoyed. I have brought my son there a few times before when he was still in grade school and now that he is a parent, he brings my granddaughter. It's enjoyable for families, singles and even for couples on dates. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for service is on this recent visit our server was training a new server and she neglected to check on us and I had to keep flagging down another server to ask for things we wanted and even at the end, she left the bill and said she would take the payment whenever I was ready. After waiting over 10 minutes to pay cash for the bill. I had to flag down the other server to find her to take the payment. I understand that she was training, but it wasn't well received. Maybe this was an isolated incident since we generally don't dine there. We usually just play the games. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

  The food was a serious issue. We had a group of 6 and spent hundreds of dollars on games and food and just so disappointed on the restaurant side of things. My son ordered a gluten free burger and loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes came out ice cold. Literally not even mixed powder fully and as cold as his drink. Pretty quickly after finishing dinner he was vomiting. The 2 kids meals my friend got her kids were so burnt. One of the adults in our group got completely wrong things on her burger and the waitress apologized and said the kitchen pretty much just does what they want and she gets complaints all the time. You guys charge way too much for the kitchen to “just do whatever they want”. This was such a disappointment and makes me question how safe the food even is when there is no repercussions for the kitchen and obviously my son got sick from his food.
