  Great staff, very clean, appetizers and a couple margaritas and they were perfect. Many staff to help anyway they can. Absolutely will be returning. Thank you for the invite.

  Food was decent for an arcade, but about a third of the machines were out of order. Some would even take your credits and then not function. The cabinet variety was already low and this made it even worse. Would not recommend.

  Food was great, service was very poor. Took forever and I mean almost 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Someone did take our drink order and advised another server would be over to take our order. 15 minutes later and it was not busy, not busy at all. We were here Tuesday, December 30th about Noon. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills and when we did ask that took forever. Games were great, Cotton Candy Machine was awesome. To the bald gentlemen with the beard and glasses .... Thank you for your help with a few games and passing by again to ask if we were enjoying ourselves or needed any help with games. Checking out with our points was poor .... could be alot better. Rude employee who could not get off her phone. To the employee who was too busy on her phone the entire time we were looking at the prizes .... get off your phone, I am sure you are not paid to be on your phone. So we step up to the counter, place our game cards and items on the counter and said employee (in her clear glasses) still on her phone looks up and says .... not really sure what's going on here waving her hand over the counter. I should have said "get off your phone and do your job" Not a "can I help you, are you cashing your points out" .... just a RUDE attitude as if we were bothering her. I guess we were since she had to put her phone down. Learn some manners and get off your phone. She told us we had 300 and some points left. She immediately picks up her phone and texting away, I could see her typing. GET OFF YOUR PHONE!!! We did get a candy item and left and as we left I turned around ..... she is on her phone again. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE BELOW FROM DAVE and BUSTERS. The lack of acknowledgement to the Rude Associate at the Prize Counter speaks volumes. With Dave and Busters being an entertainment space for kids and adults I would expect better behavior. The response and only concern was towards how long the food service took. I guess this means being on your phone the entire time we were picking out prizes which was a good 5 plus minutes and again on your phone as soon as she advised we had 300 plus points left and again on your phone after we left because I turned around to see if she was on her phoneband sure enough she was. Then to have a rude attitude when we check out. Exact Response from the Associate was "not really sure what is going on here waving her hand over the counter" What exactly did she think was going on? Maybe she thought we wanted her to gift wrap them with red bows. Really? Rude Attitude, No reason for it and yet NO response to the part of my review outlining the rude attitude from the associate. That alone Speaks Volumes. Have a nice day,

  Food was surprisingly good. Better than average for a chain. Didn’t come across any broken games that weren’t marked. A lot of variety in the games. Looks like they’re spending some money on renovations too.

  I specifically come here for the duck claw game. I also play other games and have fun. For the last year though, the duck claw game has been broken every time I visited. I went a week ago, and it was finally up again! But the movement is way wonky. I miss the selection of ducks that have been in it before. On top of that, there was a sewer backup smell coming from the restrooms, further ruining the duck game experience for me. Please add more ducks, or maybe more claw machines, and I'll come back with 5 stars and be back more often! Please. The ducks are my dopamine. I need ducks. Thank you kindly for your urgent attention to my call for ducks! Quack
