  Last night a group of 7 of us came in after my friends wedding got there about 9pm to have some food drinks and play some games my wife and I ordered a chicken Cesar salad a steak pasta dish and some fried pickles with one margarita I had water food was okay at best we get the bill.. $101 my friend got chicken tenders Fries his girl got tenders and pigs in a blanket off the kids menu and one beer and it was 78 bucks 🫪 so after my wife pays she's tells me how much it was so I go ask for a recipe for just our part of the bill we just payed... Not only did they over charge for both our meals for some reason ( charging us for steak that comes with with pasta and chicken that comes with the chicken salad) there was $ 18 dollars of gratuity ALREADY included that she forgot to tell us was already on there while she passed the tablet around for us to leave her a tip!!! The menu says party's over 8 have gratuity added.. Not 7... And no one there could fix it or give us an answer... LOOK AT YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY ps we never received a refund for the overcharge or the $15 dollar tip we left her on top of the $18 she got from us TOTAL BS no wonder this place is going downhill do better D&B

  Will not be going back. First off, walked in, went to front desk for a game card. Took 20 minutes to get because machines weren't working properly (things happen). Went to sit down for dinner. Took forever for the waitress to come around and ask for drinks. Finally got our drinks. Ordered food. Food got there before the 2nd round of drinks. Forgot my drink a few times of asking. Finally got my drink after food was almost finished. Roach crawled on my friends leg. Bill was outrageous for only 2 of us. Biggest kicker was the so called "suggested tip" which is not explained and automatically charges you even if you give your own tip. So you're tipping twice if you leave a tip of your choice because they will charge you a forced tip no matter what which is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal. (Looking into that btw) Done eating and now very angry with the dinner, went to play games. Half the games were broken. No staff at the ones that needed staff to operate. Asked staff if we could play said games and they said no and just ignored us after that. Place is a joke. Go spend your money somewhere else that is actually worth it.

  We came to Cincinnati for my son's basketball tournament for the weekend so we decided to go here for dinner and we wanna give a shout out to our server Leslie I hope this was her name she says she changes her glasses but lastnight she had cowprint glasses I meant to do this lastnight she was great and her customer service was wonderful and she deserves a shout out when we come back will be asking for her

  The service from the lady Lewis or Louis was absolutely terrible! It took her 30 minutes to bring waters. We asked for napkins never received them and missed items that we asked for as well. If you go to this location do not sit at her tables !

  came in here on Wednesday night (2/25) to see the new upgrade since the billboards and the notifications i got suggested that it was now open. it still looks exactly the same and the only thing they’ve done is move games in different places. I was playing one of my favorite games minion jelly lab when the game ran out of cards to give and a worker needed to reboot the game and replace the cards. we got to the man at the WIN! center who has an earpiece, but when both me and my mother both go to him separately to tell him about the problem he said the same thing to the both of us which is “in a minute, when i got the chance.” but he had an earpiece. i had to CALL the front desk to tell someone in order for someone to be notified. when i nice man came over to give me some cards for our troubles and reboot the game, he said “i was at the bar, so i find know why Kevin didnt get me.” exactly. he was being rude. then when i go to redeem the cards for tickets. I put them on the counter and he continues to sit in the chair. PIC 1 is the cards on the counter where he should be. PIC 2 is the man sitting while i’ve put my cards on the counter and am patiently waiting for him to acknowledge me.
