WOW no one does that anymore.. So due to that fact I will only come to this location for my burrito bowl needs as that just made me a customer for life at this location.. I work at Parts Express so this location is litterly right down the road from me and I even told him I would come back in tomorrow and pay for my meal and he told me it wasn't my fault the credit server is down it is on him this time... being that thoughtful to a customer was amazing and I will only come to this location for now on just due to the exceptional service they provided

Exceptional Customer Service, Great Food, and most importantly unlike the Middletown Chipotle it had a very clean environment and trash cans not overflowing!! Thank you for keeping up name of Chipotle because several of them across the United States have ultimately declined!!

I've cme here several times after work and consistently, they are out of half the choices and will not be restocking them for the rest of the night. Last time I came here, they were out of lettuce, cheese, chicken, and tortillas. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have tortilla 3 hours before close?! Whoever is managing this placed needs to be fired and kept out of any profession that controls inventory.

Nope, drive through was faster but took 50 mins. My order was supposed to be picked up at 610, at 7 we left, asked for a refund as we no longer wanted it and the girl said she didn't know how because it was her 4th day. So we ended up taking it home. The chips were either super stale or over cooked, food was wrong and the burrito was.... Shorter than usual? Mostly I just wished they'd have refunded us. Not worth the nearly hour wait and staff didn't seem to care.
