  Drive through was at a standstill for 15 minutes. When I got there there were only three cars ahead of me. It took a total of 20 minutes to get through. Also, there was a guy without a uniform standing and chatting with one of the women at the register, just kinda standing in the way. He clearly annoyed the workers, two of which gave him a glare as they walked by. Previous trip resulted in Luke warm fries and one dip. Disappointed, won’t be back.

  I love Arby's in this location is clean but the way in the Drive-Thru was incredibly long but in all honesty a lot of Arby's take a minute but the food was great! I love the $7 box with peach cobbler turnover delicious

  Stopped in on January 22, 2026 for dinner. First thing we noticed was how cold it was inside. Was joking to girl working about not freezing not knowing there was no heat for real. She said she wasn't looking forward to the next days because of winter storms coming in. Other customers said that there was no heat at all in building. There were space heaters sitting around but they wouldn't work. Had to eat really fast to keep food from getting cold. Not very pleasant at all. Then I found from daughter that the heat wasn't working back in November. So the owner is really slacking in their business. Customers should not freeze while eating and paying what you do for a combo there. I felt so bad for the employees that work there and them apologizing for the owners neglect of their business
