  My husband put in a mobile order tonight and picked it up. When he got home two of the three sandwiches were good but his had olives on it when it shouldn’t have. Not that big a deal, so we call to have them remake it so he can get it before they close. We started calling at maybe 9:15. It’s now 10 o’clock and we’ve been trying to call them for 45 minutes and no one bothered to even attempt to answer the phone even once. We tried hanging up and redialing more than once thinking maybe something was wrong with the phone, but after 6 separate attempts to call it very clearly is not a phone issue. It was 9:30 on a Friday night at a Subway that doesn’t even have a second phone line. You’re literally just being lazy and refusing to pick up a phone. Every bad review I’ve seen for like the last year has been about this same employee working tonight (03/20/2026) I hope the corporate offices at Subway see this because my advice is is figure out who worked tonight and fire them. They’re not worth what you’re paying them if they refuse to even pick up a phone that was ringing almost nonstop for close to 45 minutes because they’re too lazy to remake something. Next time we’ll skip the issues and order from Little Cesar’s. They’re much cheaper and they actually answer phones and fix mistakes.

  Oh my goodness the BEST STAFF. These girls know how to make a sub not only delicious but fresh and made with care. I gave 5 stars because there is no 10 stars. Great work girls.

  My bread was so old and hard it crumbled. It was beyond pathetic. I can not believe anyone would feel of it and still make a so called sub on it. It almost was not chewable not to mention how dry. There is just no excuse. I am posting a picture of it on social media.

  Didn’t have the best experience here. Very unsanitary. They pulled the bread out, set it on the counter without the paper underneath…then some meat fell off my sandwich and they picked it up and threw it back on my sandwich. They were using the same gloves to push up glasses, touch face, etc. as they were to make our sandwich. On top of that they were out of stock in everything and had no idea what they were doing! I heard a customer have to tell the employee what was on a specific sandwich she ordered cause the employee didn’t know. Friendly employees, they just didn’t know what they were doing and I wouldn’t come back to this location.
