When the male manager is running things, it's a smooth experience friendly, fast, and the food is always right. But when either of the two female managers are on duty, brace yourself for eye-rolls, sarcasm, and a clear disdain for customers. Today was a prime example. I tried to order six biscuits something I’ve been doing daily for two weeks and suddenly it became an ordeal. The cashier acted like I was asking for a favor, not making a purchase. Then the manager got involved, throwing around “corporate policy” like I work for her. I showed a receipt from yesterday where I bought eight biscuits, and she still dismissed it with an eye-roll and a snarky “they shouldn’t have done that.” Look, I’m not here for drama I just want to pay full price for what I’ve been ordering consistently. The attitude was unnecessary and the customer service was flat-out disrespectful. If this is the tone leadership sets, no wonder the energy shifts so drastically depending on who's managing.
