- RAReta AddingtonNov 10, 20251.0My bread was so old and hard it crumbled. It was beyond pathetic. I can not believe anyone would feel of it and still make a so called sub on it. It almost was not chewable not to mention how dry. There is just no excuse. I am posting a picture of it on social media.

They said they didn't have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It's bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can't have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma'am. They were rude and completely unwilling to help me, and treated me like crap in front of a bunch of other customers. I don't like dealing with people and confrontation and I've had problems at this subway before, which is why I chose to do a pick up order in the first place. After they treated me like that I just walked out. I never got my money back or my food.
