    I recently visited the Arby’s in South Point and ordered two French Dip Sandwiches, a menu item I’ve been enjoying for years. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. It had been a few months since my last visit, and the change in quality was immediately noticeable. The bread used for the sandwiches was so dry that it was nearly inedible. In addition, the sandwich itself has noticeably shrunk—almost half the size it used to be—while the price has increased. Longtime customers expect consistency, especially with a classic item like the French Dip. The combination of reduced portion size, higher cost, and significantly lower quality is unacceptable. Regrettably, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning.

    I’m writing this review while I’m standing in the drive thru. I ordered online and I’m parked in a semi truck across the road. The app let me order carry out but when I walked over, the lobby was locked. I called the store and asked what I should do to get my (already paid for) food. I was told to stand in the drive thru behind 2 cars in December. When asked if they could hand it to me through the door, they declined. Seriously?!?! I’d not trust the app here at least and the guy on night shift at 10:30pm on Dec 16/25 is the one who made me wait outside. (Just in case any manager would want to address it and pull the camera to check in.)

    They do a great job anytime we go in. The chicken is dropped fresh as you order it, and it is well worth the 5-7 minute wait once you get it. They never dilly dally. They make sure you get everything you ask for, made how you asked for it. Could eat there every day and sometimes do.
