I typed in Wingstop, several popped up, but couldn't see the address so looking at the ratings I choose the lowest and what do you know...It was exactly the Wingstop I wanted. That tells you a lot right! Hard dry wings with skin on the flats sometimes white, fatty & chewy. And not enough sauce to make help it be edible. I took most of my order back the next morning and the replacement was not much better. I won't go back. It used to be good...Cleveland

The Manager Cassandra is disgruntled rude & condescending. Asking her any questions your met with an attitude you can’t hear her over the kids in the back finger-er your food with no gloves on. Zero customer service. I’m asking the owner Guava?! To reach out abt my experience.

I must say in today’s world, it is not common anymore to get good customer service from everyone. I walked in Wingstop on Cedar this past week and was greeted unusually. I walked and was looking at the menu not quite ready to say what I wanted and lady standing there said to me a #3 and was looking at me like she was bothered it seemed because I wasn’t ready to say what I wanted. Then when I was trying to figure out what she was talking about she just walked away. I believe it was the manager in charge. Another lady came up and asked did she take my order and proceeded to help me. I was going to order a couple of things but only chose chicken fingers and fries meal. After I left I thought about it and should not have ordered anything. Chicken fingers were overcooked… fries were great. I’m not sure what was wrong whether the lady was tired and ready to go because it was after 5:00 but you still need to give customers a great interaction each and every time no matter what happened or going on in your life. From that experience I will never go in or order on line again from Wingstop. I get up everyday and go to work and spending money in places with bad customer service and food quality going down with prices up is not with it anymore. Thank you

If I can give no stars i would. Its a Sunday afternoon 1ish. I ordered two 3 tender combos one hot honey and the other Original hot, and a large cheese fry and a regular cheese fry. I get my order and they gave me two hot honey 3 piece combo cheese frys didnt even have cheese Ii also ordered a cheese cup becausethey never really put cheeses on the cheese fried and i didnt even get my cheese cup. Its like everytime I order here they always screw up weather I order wings and pay extra for all flats and never get them. I dont understand. PLEASE READ THE DAMN TICKETS.

The absolute worst wing stop I’ve been too I went there 3/2/26 I did an online order but apparently the internet was down and they couldn’t find my order or another customer order so the cashier calls the manager on the phone (Casandra) and she’s just yelling telling her what to do and the cashier has told her she’s done all these things but still can’t find our orders so the cashier says to write our name and number down and confirmation number down and we were supposed to basically just leave and wait with no food or no refund so I’m explaining like I have to go And I’m not paying $40 again for a meal and I’m asking the cashier and shift lead can I just get a refund or my meal because you guys see I paid online so they say no “if the order isn’t on the screen they can’t make the food” I wasn’t getting no help it was terrible customer service so the cashier calls IT or some information to fix the internet and me and the other customer are basically held hostage just waiting to see what’s going on because they didn’t wanna give us our food long story short problem never got solved and after everything the cashier had me write my order down and then they made it my order was placed online at 4:55pm and said pick up between 10-15 mins 5:05-5:10 I get to wingstop at 5:10 just to not leave till like 6:30pm trying to solve that problem I felt like the proper thing to do was to make me and the other customer food because we had a receipt and confirmation it’s not our fault the internet was done we shouldn’t have been inconvenienced because of that I waited there over a hour ridiculous I placed an order online thinking to get it faster but I didn’t they need to be trained on customer service it was no sorry or can I offer u something while you wait it was just well I have to call and see what’s going on and you can’t get a refund or food until then I would never come here again and after a hour plus wait the food wasn’t that great skimpy fries no sauce on my tenders just a waste of time and money bad service and food and rude manager
