As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- AKAubrey KnightMar 17, 20262.0On 3/16/26 @ 2pm, I randomly wanted to go to Rally’s to get some fries. I pulled in the drive thru and there was a car there that was ordering, or so I thought. When they drove off I didn’t take much notice to them. Once I got to the intercom to order, a voice appeared and I thought it was a real person until I realized it was prerecorded. I sat there and talked to no one for about 30 seconds and realized that I was speaking to oblivion. I pulled up to the pick up window and it was dark inside. No one was there. It was as if everyone just decided to skip work for the day. I find that odd and alarming. It would have been considerate if someone at least left a note stating that they were closed for the day. But since when does a fast food restaurant randomly close on a weekday in the early afternoon?
