  Ordered in drive through, was told to pull up.20 minutes later with no food yet, I went into the store to find out what was going on. My order wasn't ready yet, I wasn't too happy nor were the many cars behind me. Mgr had no answer as to why it was taking so long.Been coming to this store many years and it has gone downhill.

  Went to pick up my mobile order and was told twice that they couldn’t find my order. Manager came finally and acted put off by having to actually do something other than tell people when to drop fries. I understand you get frustrated and the line is busy, but I have never been called a liar even as they continued to ring up my new order and then proceed to slam the window in my face. I told them my code GO74 several times and was told that was incorrect, even after showing a receipt. What a disgusting way to treat someone. Here’s your proof, btw. I would never treat my clients this way.

  Okay so shame on me for not eating breakfast.You know how it is your stomach growling and you like you know what I'm gonna grab something from McDonald's. Well people pay attention to your food because that quarter pounder thats guaranteed to be fresh is not guaranteed to be cooked all the way through. They need some adult management and more than one individual cause i swear if i get sick im suing.

  There’s a Karen manager whose shifts consistently coincide with slower service and visible staff discontent. The drive-thru backs up and the overall experience suffers whenever they are in charge.

  All horrible! Saw a worker smoke weed in his car in between his shift. Another worker took forever to take the order. Lastly, the order IS ALWAYS WRONG!!! A part of my order was a plain double cheeseburger. First time around they completely forgot it, which is fair because it was a big order. Second time around, ask for just the plain double cheeseburger and apparently they think a plain burger means with onions on top (even though on the screen it says “just American cheese”).
