As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Once i got the food. The large fry was the only thing hot. All of the fry bite boxes were brunt and the cream cheese bites were not as advertised. No powdered sugar and had burnt spots, yet it was under cooked. I dont know how you managed that but it happened. It was after 7pm and I didnt see the chicken until after I went back to have my fries remade only to sit at the window for another 15mins and still have cold fries and a globes of cheese after I asked for light cheese. Horrible experience. Update: I tried emailing it says the email is invalid

Worker told us to pull around to the other side window, and when we did we were sitting there for close to 20 minutes without her even acknowledging us despite trying to eventually even get her attention. Cars came behind us being told the same thing, but nothing. Eventually got the food that she opened the window and shoved it at me before quickly closing it saying nothing. Terrible, never going back.
