  I ordered through their app for the first time and ended up waiting in the drive through for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, since I already paid I couldn't just leave. When I got my food, 2/3 items were incorrect. The "loaded fries" I ordered had the smallest amount of cheese slapped on top and nothing else. Their chicken bites tasted like they've been sitting under a heat lamp all day and were very hard. I can't believe how bad of an experience this was; down to the service and the food itself, I would not recommend.

  Absolutely horrible. How are you known for late night food and the food is terrible late night??? Each and every time I go at night the food is horrible. From raw chicken tenders, to old fries, to cold sandwiches. How is my bun n cheese ice cold like its fresh from the fridge on a fried chicken sandwich!? This is fried food... not rocket science! Where is management?! Who are training and managing the workers that clearly don't care how the food comes out?! This is so sad. Always in urban areas too. Do better or close! We are spending our hard earned money and we should get better quality than this!!!

  Worst rallys in Cleveland been here 3 times, no line and I still waited for over 20 mins each time!! I still dont know if the food is good since ive asked for a refund each time. At this point id rather eat gas station burritos then waste my time here

  It’s been 25 years since I’ve been here. Moved out to the south part of the state. Decided to take my preteens here to show them THE SPOT!!! As soon as the order was placed it was immediate attitude that included slamming windows, sending us to another window with the so-called U-turn. While other cars are being served, we’re patiently sitting there waiting for our food. The window opens and all familiar, bad attitude again. Soon as we got our food, the window slam shots and that was it. My kid tells me what about my drink? So we’re sitting there patiently waiting for somebody to show their mean face through the window. The window opens up and a question. Did you need anything else? My kid says what about my drink? The window shots again, not a single word. Then we get our drink and drive away. And my kid says I ordered Coca-Cola but they put root beer in it and I know it’s been done on purpose. And after my kid asked me what happened. I told the kid I’m glad that we both witnessed this situation because this is exactly what they teach you at school only the other way around about racism.If you’re white, don’t come to this place. They’re gonna make you wait extra time and they’re gonna screw up your order on purpose. The girl slammed us with the most expensive order without even asking or giving us a chance to say what size we wanted. And I just didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of my kids by starting to argue. And honestly, I can tell why this town is going down you can see it all over the place. Haven’t been to this place in decades and absolutely will never come back again. Too bad, this place brings a lot of good memories about the time that used to be.
