Went in cashier walked away. I took the loss and went somewhere else. Will never go back there again. Just unbelievable. I have never seen such poor service in my life.

Literally every experience here has been awful. Cold food, burritos barely wrapped and people who act like they don’t want to be there. Tonight I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up only to see that had a sign taped on the drive thru mic that said “manager quit had to close so sorry”. I hope I get my money back. It’s just so bad there. I’d rather drive to Circleville to get Taco Bell than stop at this one.
- JBJaydan BoweNov 8, 20251.0Went through the drive thru and ordered a soft taco party box but wanted 3 of them in hard shells and with rice instead of beef. first the man working the drive thru wouldn’t listen to us and kept jumping to conclusions, so when i told him what i wanted he went a manager. when the manager came over the speaker she was extremely rude and quickly got aggressive with us. she was also quick to raise her voice and get aggravated with us because she was using an abbreviation that we didn’t know. when we got to the window i was about to ask for her name but of course she was no where to be found.
