  This is the consistently worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Been here lots of times and every single time the food takes 20+ minutes to be made. My record is 55 minutes. About 70% of the time my order is missing multiple items. Taco Bell has stopped refunding me for missing items due to me making too many reports. It seems like they are always understaffed and always playing catch up. It is literally faster to go to a Taco Bell in circleville or grove city than it is to wait for this one.

  This South Bloomfield location was the worst experience EVER!! We placed an online order, didn't leave to go get it until 10min after ordering, we live 8min away. Get there, food not ready so we were told to sit and wait in a parking spot and someone would come out with order. Waited 20min before my husband went into the building to find our order sitting on the shelf. They said, "oh I forgot to bring it out". Then tried to give him drinks that they already gave in drive thru. Get home and there is absolutely no sauce even though 10 were ordered. Our daughter placed an online order right before ours and everything she ordered no tomatoes on came with tomatoes. The one guy my husband encountered when going in looked as though he was high as a kite. I never leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered. Do better in choosing who represents you taco bell!!!

  Everytime I order, they always leave stuff out. I never have a complete order come from this restaurant and it is nearly impossible to get a refund through the app. I feel like the staff does not even care about order accuracy. No one should order here if they expect to get everything they paid for.

  I sat in the Drive thru line for an hour because I tried to order ahead on the app, and they just didnt move the line at all. This is completely unacceptable. This isn't the 1st time this has happened, and im not the only custom it happened to. The the workers had the arrogance to talk smack to folks in the line when they were politely asking what the hold up was

  If it was possible to give this location zero stars then I would. Placed mobile order on Christmas Eve but the order could not be filled because they didn’t make enough food to serve until 6pm. Tried again two days later(today) had to wait for over 30 minutes according to the staff because they had new people so they were slow. This location shouldn’t be open if they can’t serve in a timely manager. I Could have went 10 minutes out of my way to another location and still made it home before my local Taco Bell had my order ready. Just drive past this location and get your Taco Bell from the next town over.
