Stopped here on our way home from shopping, it wasn’t busy at all, so I don’t understand why our roast beef was cold, hard, and old on all 3 sandwiches. Barely any meat on the bun at all either. They were out of mozzarella sticks too and did not issue a refund for them either. They even messed up our drinks and were not very friendly and acted impatient when we told them the drinks were wrong. I’m going to stop going to ALL Arby’s locations altogether.
