  Why at 5:30 on a Thursday is the lobby locked? Not the first time I have arrived during business hours and found the lobby locked. I really like Arby's, however, the quality of the food at this location and quality of customer service at this location has diminished. Some of the front desk help doesn't know what is on the menu or how to count change. Yeah, schools are to blame, however, training is essential. Ever wondered why your parking lot is empty compared to Wendy's, McDonald's, DQ, and even Taco Bell? I would hate to see this location close. Get it together at SB. Do better! Other Arbys locations do.

  This gyro is so empty I can make it into a burrito. It’s my fault really. I know better than to expect quality and consistency from this place as this is not first time I’ve been disappointed

  After waiting at least 15 mins for them to cook the fish sandwiches you would think they would be piping hot. Not even close. I😡

  Hello where’s the food! Large curly fry and cheese sauce… why did I even pay for the large and a less than half full cheese sauce.

  Very clean inside and out. The young man doing the cleaning has a great attitude and fun to talk to. He loves his Buckeyes.
