  I go to this wendys occasionally on my lunch breaks from work and its usually okay but ive had bad experinces here before with poor quality undercooked food, but today was disgusting. Half my fries were still frozen, they gave me the wrong drink, and my chicken sandwich was either old, over cooked, or made in dirty grease. It was inedible. It tasted dirty and old. I dont think ill ever be going to this wendys again and id advise anyone to avoid going here too. I couldnt go back to complain and get it remade because I was on my lunch break and I had to be back at work. But please avoid this place at all costs. There's much better options in the area that have way better quality way more consistently

  Worst Wendy's Ever, super slow, ask for chilli cheese fries, they gave me fries with just cheese, they never inform me tht they were out of chilli!!

  Have fun waiting, and don't expect to be able to have multiple orders by people paying separately. And you can bet they won't be able to bother to remember any special requests like "no ice" or something of that sort.

  Will never go here again, the amount of disrespect and fatigue i have with the attitude of the people hired here.. I cannot express how far south our customer service has gotten as humans. I come from 12 years of service and if I spoke to customers the way you allow your employees to speak to customers, (mainly the females), I would get fired immediately. Let's try a very simple intro... "Hi there, welcome to Wendy's, what can I have the pleasure of preparing for you today?" Instead of "go ahead.." "pull around...". Don't get me started on the food. Almost like they literally threw the food together. Literally tossed all the ingredients in a bowl and wrapped it up.... of all places in the Cleveland area I thought I could trust to get a decent lunch... smh...I see the east side is spreading south now and ruining more neighborhoods.
