The last bowl I ordered online WAS MISSING EVERYTHING!!! It was literally a bowl with sour cream and cheese. That employee needs to be fired. Who in their mind would make that if you were out of everything at 8pm?? I called the manager of the store to get a refund, he said to take his name and that I could come in the next day to get it remade. When I called the next day, the manager said that what the other manager said was wrong and they can’t do that. I have to go through chipotle service or soemthing stupid like that. With how horrible this location is with messing orders up, never being stocked, and not having any resent pleasant customer experiences, idk how this place makes a profit. It should probably be replaced with a better restaurant. There’s a better one literally 5 miles down the road from there. Go there or Burger King.

Everyone had something sticky on it. I would be pretty embarrassed as a manager. Take pride in your paycheck or get a job that doesn't include food, or people.
