  They always run out of food in the middle of the day. They probably went 4+ months straight with no fajita vegetables— probably because they’re too lazy to prepare them properly. Today I arrived to get food at 10:48 am, and they said they needed 30 more minutes because they’re still preparing all of the food. For this to be in Solon, I am very disappointed. The absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever visited, and it gets worse every time.

  I always get a burrito with double chicken. There's just something about Chipotle's chicken that I cannot get enough of!! The food at this location was fantastic, the service was the same, and it was exceptionally clean in the dining area as was the restroom. I can only wish they'd open one in Middlefield (and I've written them to pitch my case that it would be INCREDIBLY SUCCESSFUL because the Amish LOVE chicken AND they love Mexican food). But, they politely declined to put a store in Middlefield. Therefore, I'm forced to go to Chipotle when I happen to see one only when I'm out of town. Also, I pleased that there wasn't as much of a wait time as I'm used to at Chipotle in other locations. Very good job everyone!

  Been to this chipotle before and regrettably gave it another chance first time I went they only had a few items out even tho it was 1115. This time didn't have half the stuff the food ready few options and the chicken not only looked like they heated last night's chicken and burnt it but tasted like it as well. Honestly worst chipotle I've ever been too and I work all over so I've been to a lot of them. They should close it down because it's very clear the employees could care less.

  The absolute worst chipotle of all time. Its been a few months since my experience and I think they do need another 1 star review because 2.7 is way too high for this absolute dumpster fire. I submitted an online order, they got it wrong. I politely asked for it to be fixed, they got it wrong again. Entering the scene now, definite future engineer/doctor and alleged current shift manager telling me its somehow my fault that they got my online, clearly written out order wrong - not once, but twice. Hes rude, and appears to be posturing as if to intimidate me, like if he isnt talking to a customer at chipotle. Queue some sort of incoherent paranoid ramble about how "customers are all the same/ always treating us like this and that" and I decided to cut my losses and leave. Only toward the very end did he offer to remake it a THIRD time - but in my opinion only a fool would trust that food at that point after the behavior that was on display, and i basically told him as much before leaving - which he got oddly defensive about, out of character given his behavior the whole time, almost as if he was upset that I saw through him, in my opinion. Chipotle corporate gave me a buy one get one 50% off coupon for the experience - which is laughable, genuinely if you were there you would have been shocked at how severe his behavior was. fin

  This is the most dysfunctional chipolte ever. Half the time they aren't open. Don't place an online order because you dont know weather or not they will be open. I went one day after the gym and they had been open for an hour and a half and didnt have any food prepaid so I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order, i would of left but i had placed an online order. Also Kinda light on the extra portions. I really try to avoid if possible but I live close to this one but if I can I go all the way to Macedonia or Wilson mills.
