My family and I went to Burnwood Tavern for an early dinner today (Saturday) at about 3:30 pm. We were seated promptly, ordered three appetizers and drinks. Our server was very nice and good at her job. We also ordered a chicken parmigiana entree and a salmon salad to share between my husband and me. The food was good, no complaints about anything until we got the bill. I thought we were ordering off the happy hour menu not realizing that happy hour here is Monday through Friday. We are big Aaron and Moses fans and also go to M Italian on occasion and since they are run by the same company I was mistakenly under the impression that BT had the same happy hour 7 days a week also. I did ask our server about this and she said they stopped 7 day hh when they changed the menu back in March. Had I known, we would’ve driven 10 minutes to Aaron and Moses.
It’s not a deal breaker for ever coming back here but I do really love happy hour specials. One thing Burntwood Tavern does have going for it though is the atmosphere.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered takeout and got it home and hardly any fries with both sandwiches and what was in there were like the leftovers in the bottom of the basket. The tavern tots were nothing but breading and the three desserts were pathetic. Tiny with one spoonful of gelato. Asked twice for three ranches when ordering and received none. Overall, very disappointed, especially for how much money I spent.

Our party of 7 Got here at 6:40 and was seated and our reservation was 6:45. We waited 15 minutes and no server came to our table as happy hour was before 6. Server was very rude and did not give us happy hour. She also said the system was broken and only could do one check which I don’t think anyone else was doing. We asked for a manager and she ignored our request and walked away multiple times when ordering. it’s been over an hour and still no food order. We ended up just leaving. I have never been treated this bad at a restaurant and it was truly unprofessional and will never be back!
