  The food is always fresh and top notch its just everytime I go to this Chipotle there's one cool person who i don't mind and always someone wierd for this reason im not returning to this Chipotle ever.

  I I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill recently, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the customer service. The gentleman who initially began helping me with my bowl was polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, another employee stepped in shortly after, and her attitude was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Her tone and overall demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and as though my business was not valued. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. While I understand everyone can have off days, the interaction left a negative impression and took away from what should have been a simple dining experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the kind, respectful service they deserve.

  Reaching new levels of BAD service at this Solon location. First, let me say I love Chipotle. Sadly, the one in Solon is the worst. They never, and I mean never have fajita vegetables. Nor do they even pretend that they are going to have any. A few weeks ago I walked in and they tell me they are only doing online orders. Last night after finding out they had no fajitas and also no tomatoes, I asked if I could get extra chicken to make up for what they don’t have. But then at the register insisted on charging me for double chicken! After wasting time discussing it with the employee, the manager wanted to prove it was more important to insist I pay for the horrible service and extra chicken then to try and keep a customer. So I left without my order. I keep trying to avoid going to this location, because it’s usually a bad experience. This last visit did it for me. I’m done with the Solon Chipotle. The company should be embarrassed by this location. Earlier in my career I spent years in the restaurant business and know what it takes. But here, the bad attitude is obvious from the moment they ignore you after you walk in. A 1star rating is generous.

  This is the worst Chipotle in America, whoever is running it is a complete joke. More than 5 times I've shown up at open to have the doors be locked. More than 5 times I've had them delay open because they weren't prepared to open. (It's not hard to prep food). They choose their own hours, lock the door whenever they please, and serve dirty and expired food. Tear the building down.

  They will forget items you ordered, every time. The chips are always stale, the rice is crunchy and stale, the guac is brown (if they remember to actually give you the guac you paid for at all.) Every item has cross-contamination with its neighboring items; if you order mild salsa, itll have cheese, sourcream, and queso mixed in - and the container will be 1/3 full. It is difficult to overstate just how terrible this Chipotle has been consistently for months, if not over a year at this poinnt.
