  Went through the drive thru stuck in the line over a hour and sat and watched then just chatting and joking not cooking food. Finally got food and my food isn't cooked🙃 1 hour for a 5 car line bs.

  Looking at the other reviews for this location, it is astounding to me that it's still open, or that Taco Bell Corporate hasn't been in to fix it. My wife and I visited today (it's just off the highway and we didn't know any better). We were told we HAD to use the touchscreen kiosk to order, because no one was available to help us at the counter, then we waited FOREVER for our food. Meanwhile, the store "manager" was sitting in the lobby browsing Temu on a laptop while her staff struggled (and failed) with the lunch rush. Now I get it, everyone is entitled to a lunch break, but as the store manager of a busy restaurant, maybe don't take your break during the lunch rush? It was 12:30 pm... Fairly predictable. I do have to give kudos to one young lady who seemed to be working her butt off filling orders and bringing them out. It's just too bad her manager didn't support her. Taco Bell Corporate... What happened to customer service, and who the hell is training your managers to think 12:30 pm is a good time for them to be on break?

  I ordered 3x chalupas one with no lettuce extra cheese and sour cream and they gave me a burnt chalupa with lettuce on it they don’t follow instructions and they even gave my girlfriend a burnt chalupa with a piece of hair in the food they prolly don’t even wear hairnets

  Typically dont get too hateful about service but this is the 3rd time my online order has been wrong in the past month. The food that I did get was also wrong.
