- TRTara R1 day ago5.0First McDonald's i have been in where you place your order at a kiosk and then take a number and sit down. They bring your food to you when it's ready. Different. Personal I don't like it. McDonald's wasn't meant for this. Defeats the purpose of fast food. Go back to the old way.

I was going here multiple times a week giving them the benefit of the doubt but they consistently give me the wrong food, wrong amount, rude service, and never make it right. A specific example, one time I asked for a decaf coffee and it took them 25 minutes to bring it out incorrectly with cream and sugar and said they would have to make me a new pot. Another example was a cold breakfast sandwhich and wrong coffee on multiple occasions. Another example was a plain mcchicken but it wasn’t plain again on multiple occasions. I swear the employees are told to just give the customer food to get them through the line and don’t check anything. The absolute worst store. You're better driving to Piqua to get McDonald’s. I will never be going to this location again. 8 out of 10 times they screw something up and never make it right. TLDR skip this place and save yourself time and money and sanity. Burger King, Wendy’s or Culver’s is the way to go if you’re in Sidney. Never go here.
