First off, I'm not a licensed substance abuse counselor, but I do have law enforcement experience/training in sobriety tests and suspicion of intoxication and let me tell you that the young man who initially "helped" us had pupils the size of dimes. During the course of travels with the family, I've had the opportunity to eat at quite a few Subway shops and this by far was the absolute worst experience - EVER. From the shredded lettuce stored in the drink cooler in the seating area to the clearly intoxicated employee who completely butchered 3 basic sandwiches - this location is terrible. While we were there eating the subs we had to remove toppings we had not ordered on, two DoorDash drivers returned with the same exact issue as us - completely incorrect sandwiches! The older gentleman, who I assume was the manager had to go behind the intoxicated employee at every step including when he incorrectly charged us for completely incorrect sandwiches. $50+ for just 3 subs and he asks me, "you want chips too?" Like, buddy - my sub is on sale and I've already ordered combos three times. Bottom line, don't eat here. I'm kinda worried about what will happen with my stomach after processing, but we'll see. There's another one in town, it's got to be better.
