  This McDonalds has gone from one of the fastest in the area to the slowest in the area. The two line drive through system DOES NOT work at this facility! If you have time to get locked in there drive through for 20 minutes, this is your place.

  I'm honestly surprised! Because based on the horrible reviews. Got the family breakfast here. Placed a mobile order. The drive thru was packed just about into the road duel lanes. Went in got the order it was correct and got it in a timely manner very odd honestly because we know how McDonald's are ran typically poor! Maybe it was a rare good day or something was improved? Not my home McDonald's so I'm not sure. I'd visit again.

  Dear McDonald's This is unfortunately not a good review. If you value the all mighty dollar over quality of service, product and customer experience by all means, Keep going. However when I wait 20 minutes for my food after I order it myself on a kiosk with not one soul in sight to ask for it, I was at the mercy of my own patience. From the manager yelling at what "she" needed to all her crew, constantly on her phone while tending to food, telling them she could technically keep them over until 11:15AM, to just barking so loudly i could hear every detail 30 feet away in the dining area. If sweet Ms Sheila hadn't returned from her break I don't know who would of taken care of the crowd waiting for service. 2 door washers, 3 at the kiosk, 4 others at the counter waiting to replace or recieve items that were incorrect. Not to mention all the people in the dining area with missing items or needing service. Oh did I mentioned I cleaned my own table using hand sanitizer from the kiosk and extra napkins? Not sure that saves the mighty dollar. Try again and focus on what is really the client's needs. Everyone wants to save the $ from corporate to consumer. Is this really the image you want? I saw employees continuously walk in front and ignore customers. I have been a customer at this location from the time you had the play place outside till now but keep questioning if its not worth the extra money to find a better quality location to dine in. H

  Was able to actually sneak in there and get my sandwich and burrito and hash brown rather quickly considering it was Sunday at 9:30 in the morning and that place can at sometimes be a horrible case of waiting in there but the food was served fairly quickly and I honestly didn't think I'd ever give him that McDonald's a four-star but they deserved it this time8

  Sat in the drive through for 20min on a 30 min lunch break only to be told my order was accidentally given to someone else. Got back to work and the burger wasn’t cooked. Called and asked for my money back, they wouldn’t refund my card unless I was there well unless your gonna pay my hourly wage I’m not coming back. If I could give -5 stars I would. Steer clear of this McDonald’s.
