  Uh, them bathrooms need updating, looked horrible. Smelled horrible everywhere. And it was greasy everywhere!!

  This is absolutely the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. Between the wait on food and the customer service from staff. It is 100% the worst place to order food from either the staff is mad that you’re ordering and they actually have to work or they are just flat lazy. I love Arby’s but do not recommend using this specific one if the owners knew what really happened there they would prob fire all staff and hire new. Or the owners don’t care and allow it to go on. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Spend your money somewhere else or go to a different Arby’s.

  OMG!!! We waiting the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes and when we did give our order they said move forward there we waited I know 10-15 minutes. I had enough so I left and went to BK. We weren’t the only ones leaving there was several cars that let. I feel if they want to continue to stay in business they had better get help. I will never go to the Sidney Arby’s again.
