  Drive-thru workers (plural) are too busy smoking outside on their phone while there's a 20 minute line wrapped around the building. When they shamelessly finish smoking and playing on the phone, they'll go in and take your order, when they feel like it. 30 minutes in line for an online pickup order! Avoid at all costs! Beyond pathetic.

  My turkey bacon ranch sandwich - was one of the best- I’ve ordered at several Arby’s. It was fresh and delicious. A good amount of turkey! Restaurant was clean and tables were wiped down. I had to wait for my food Because it was pretty busy- long line. Restroom was clean as well. Service was friendly and they were hustling to get orders filled.

  This is absolutely the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. Between the wait on food and the customer service from staff. It is 100% the worst place to order food from either the staff is mad that you’re ordering and they actually have to work or they are just flat lazy. I love Arby’s but do not recommend using this specific one if the owners knew what really happened there they would prob fire all staff and hire new. Or the owners don’t care and allow it to go on. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Spend your money somewhere else or go to a different Arby’s.
