- H_Halon _X4 days ago1.02 orders in a row I have asked for extra vinaigrette on 4 different subs, each time there is none to be found on the sub at all. The sub is dry as a bone. I will no longer support this subway with my business. I will get my subway fix when I’m in Ontario or Mansfield from now on.

No friendly attitude whatsoever, tried to add extra shit to my order when ringing it up, when asked for extra veggies she literally put one or two more on 😒 ( her hat name tag looked like it said lala 🤷♀️ ), asked for extra sauce she literally dribbled it on. If you can’t give the customer what they want you probably shouldn’t be working there. I will not be coming back here for awhile til they change people again, ridiculous.

He worked hard to help everyone and had great customer service skills! Please recognize him and possibly give him a raise because he really deserves it. & please try to get some more help.
