  This dunkin was a bit on the way for my travels and I was just hoping for some donuts and coffee. The food was fine but the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. I get that there is a dinner rush, but Allision needs to like stop yelling at her other coworkers and customers. She alone was so rude to customers and her coworkers that she alone should and could manage and enforce an waffle house. I get if you dislike your job, but really consider a new job or a different location. Its a high traffic area and the staff and the customers there so not need to endure any more hostilities. Your donuts and coffee were really good though.

  0/5 STARS (IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD) I don’t know who put Allison in charge of this Dunkin’, but it was a catastrophic mistake. I have never encountered a General Manager with such a blatant, visceral disdain for human life. From the moment I walked in, the "vibe" was toxic. I watched her spend five minutes hovering over a teenage employee, who was clearly trying their best, just to bark insults at them in front of a full lobby of people. It wasn't "coaching"; it was a display of straight up abuse of power. When I finally got to the counter, she didn't even look at me. She just stood there tapping her nails on the register, sighing like my existence was a personal inconvenience to her day.

  I love how the store is connected to Dunkin' Donuts shop so yes it's very convenient to get whatever you're looking for

  The food is awesome and the employees are too! They're always nice and helpful. I love outta town and come here because of the comfortable feeling there.

  Today I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up my 4 large drinks and a dozen donuts at the Shelby Dunkins. When I arrived at the pick up window my order wasn't there. I ordered on the app for the Dunkins in Bellville! I tried to call Bellville Dunkins 3 times but there was no answer. I went back to the Shelby window and explained what I had done...and asked them how I could correct the issue. They said my order was already processed in Bellville but don't worry we will take care of your order here. They did not ask me to pay again and said no worries. This is GREAT customer service and I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We always have a great experience at the Shelby Dunkins with delicious drinks and food! I still felt bad so I bought them a pizza and took it to them....They were appreciative and said I didn't have to do that but what they did for me was a big deal in my eyes...and a pizza was so minor but I wanted to do something for them. Thank You Shelby Dunkins for Great Customer Service.
