My husband and I went through the other day, got our order, and simply asked for some Arby’s and Horsey sauce. She instantly got an attitude, rolled her eyes, & snapped that it was already in the bag, and when I asked for ranch for my mozzarella sticks (because I can’t have marinara), she made a huge deal about it and told us we should’ve said that at the speaker. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had anyone act like that over sauces. But today was the last straw. My husband and his mom went through for lunch, and this woman actually had the nerve to call them “retarded” over a coupon. Are you kidding me?! That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior from anyone especially someone working with the public. This kind of disrespect shouldn’t be tolerated. She clearly doesn’t know how to treat people and definitely shouldn’t be representing Arby’s. Something needs to be done about her. This is NOT okay!
