    Haven't been to arby's in a decade. Finally decided to go, and I was met with nothing but attitude in the drive thru. Didn't bother to stay to even make an order.

    How about you hires some people that know how to count, and keep track of which orders go first vs last ...maybe teach them first in first out ...and not randomly with what their sub 100 I Q tells them ...

    So I ordered a roast beef sandwich through the drive-through pay for it. They hand it to me. I asked for some Arby sauce and they tell me they’re out of all sauces even inside, all sauces until the truck comes. It’s either poor management or a company on life-support. Either way I don’t trust the food. If you can’t afford Arby’s sauce, how can you run a business?
