I said i was sitting at the curb. The app said DIne or carry out. I put on the app pick up. And he would not carry it out to the curb. I am handicapped and had to walk in an get my order. I often use coupons there . But I had a bad experience last night. The food is good the service is not the best. All but the bread was tough and hard to chew.

They are located by my house and have often transferred my catering orders to another Subway location without my knowledge. They alert me via email that my order will be ready for pickup at some random location after I have paid in full. Here's the issue, you can't cancel your order within 24 hours, so you must go to the random location to pick up your order or lose the payment. I have been ordering from the Sheffield Village store for years and was told yesterday they need a 24-hour notice for catering orders. This order was for 4 people. A small order. They could have fulfilled it, but no, they gave my order to an out of the way Subway location. I have given them THOUSANDS of dollars worth of business and great reviews. No more. Never again. It is completely unprofessional and not a good way to do business.
