  I typically set my order for me to pickup my order at the Subway at the college through the app. Somehow, it got transferred to this one, I wasn’t paying attention to the switch up, because typically it’s set to favorite pickup spot, so I didn’t give it second thought it would take me elsewhere. Anyways, after I didn’t realize, that has happened until I went to the college and they said they didn’t have my order. I called this location and told them I would like to cancel; instead of just saying sorry, they basically told me to be more careful, it would be considered a waste and hung up abruptly. Then, took more money out of my card, had I known it was practically robbery for a simple mistake, I’d be more cautious. I’m never going to this one if I was set on fire and needed water.

  The last four times I've ordered a sandwich from this place, the bread has been stale, in multiple cases to the point of being impossible to bite through or even cut with a bread knife. When I order things like bacon, which are kept cold and for health reasons REQUIRE heating before putting on a sandwich, the sandwich I recieve is COLD and even when I ask for the sandwich to be toasted what I recieve is lukewarm and clearly undercooked. The last sandwich I recieved was crushed to being half its normal size on one end. Absolutely unacceptable and whoever manages this place is not doing their job. Ordered four sandwiches in a row that could not be eaten at all. Over 30$ gone entirely to waste. Ridiculous.

  Stopped in on way to cedar point. Subs were fresh and staff very fast and friendly!!
