  Unreal experiance. Spend over $100, Ordered 11 subs put names of every single person on each one. They not only didn't put any names on any of the subs. Half the subs didn't even have a number on them. No way to tell whos is who. I call in and ask the manager how this even happens. I didn't yell or swear and he hangs up on me. That is horriblle customer service and someone you don't want to represent your company. Do better Jimmy Johns.

  Ordered toasted sandwich with no tomato, received non toasted with tomato is it really that hard to read a ticket when preparing an order?

  Sandwich was mid, bread was dry, and the only thing freaky about it was how little effort went into it.

  Guy taking the order was very pleasant, unfortunately the bread was like chewing on shoe leather, worst sandwich I've ever had at Jimmy johns
