There was one person, who looked to be new taking of the food portion of the line and an other employee standing at the register with her hands in her pockets and the new employee trying to manage a full line. Poor time management and not having prep ready for s busy area. This is second time i have had a bad experience at Chipotle. Customer service needs to be a priority!!!!! Just for reference i have been a fast food manager for over 10 yrs and these issues were just the tip of the iceberg i saw going on there.
