- KKKristina4 days ago1.0Apparently at this location if you order online and ask for extra because maybe the bowl you got before had next to nothing in it - it’s really telling the people making your food to either go extremely light or don’t add it at all. This is 2 orders in a row where I ask for extra something and get next to absolutely nothing in my bowl. Will not be coming back to this location - only gets worse with every order. $10 for 3 pieces of chicken small amount of rice and no cheese! Smh.

Poor management to be out at 7pm on a friday, even worse management considering this is a regular thing. my lady and i were trying to decide if we wanted to continue to pay for half ass food, then the person at the front rudely interrupted and asked “do you plan on getting anything?” 0/10 service, 0/10 management, 0/10 atmosphere.

The underside of my bowl is dirty with food from other orders that were being made. At this point I’m driving out of my way to go to Avon. I can either stand in line at this location for 45 minutes and watch one person serve customers by themselves, or I can order online and have it be wrong.

The young man that prepared our food was very patient with me and my littles because we were new to this and one of my girls are very picky. We did have a slight miscommunication and the manager had to refund one of my meals. Both the young man and manager were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We left happy customers!!! They deserve 10 stars!
