  I ordered a pecan pie hot coffee, a Santa’s cookie hot coffee, and a candy cane hot coffee. Instead, I was given three plain black coffees with no syrups or cream. The employee was told three separate times what was supposed to go into each drink, yet the order was still made incorrectly.

  They never make coffee right. I've gotten hot and iced coffees on several occasions and they never come out as ordered. This time we ordered a set of hot coffees, the santa cookie, the peppermint mocha, and the pecan pie, hoping to give them another chance. We were sorely disappointed to have received just 3 plain black coffees instead. Will not be going back as this is the 3rd time we've recieved incorrect coffee orders.

  I went to the Elyria location to get my daughter a gift card for Christmas. I pulled up and the girl was taking an order in a car in front of me. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. I waited about 10 minutes while the other line had gone through about six cars that came in after me when she finally came back out, clearly irritated. I was going to try to order a drink, but by the way she walked out I didn’t want to bother her by asking questions because I couldn’t see the menu . I told her I was just there for a gift certificate and I had $50 bill in my hand, she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said we’re not taking cash right now . I paused and told her that’s all I had and she’s repeated herself not very nicely so I said OK never mind amd she repeated me like mockingly.. and I maneuvered out of the line. This is the first time I have ever been at a seven brew But the experience was not when I will want to experience again. And clearly, I will get my daughter a gift card somewhere else 🤷‍♀️

  For anyone who knows 7brew coffee is a double lined drive thru. Today I just waited almost 30 minutes in line for two drinks, the line I was in was not moving the other line at least 20+ cars ordered their drinks and on there way I ask the gentleman once I finally got up there her said oh a lot of new workers which is bull cause the other line moved just fine. I did notice that the car that was up at pick up seemed to be paying for more drinks and holding up the line which is very inconsiderate to everyone else behind them and when the lines are out to the street they should have been told to go to the end or at move them out of the line. Have to say will not be back anytime soon

  Used to come way more often. Idk what’s going on lately, but they do not have it together for the flow of the lines. I have now gotten extremely frustrated the last three times and idk why I keep coming back. I’ve been in line 20 plus minutes and cars that got here after me in the other line come and go. I just counted the 8th car that got here after me is now leaving. They favorite one side and not the other. Aw I’m typing make that 9. This has happened every single chance I’ve given it. It’s behind frustrating. If you’re going to have two lanes, use them.
