  They won't tell you that they didn't put the fajita veggies on your order, you gotta wait til you get home and find out

  This is the first time that I did not enjoy my Chipotle food. The rice was old and clump together, every piece of steak was rubbery and inedible and the restaurant as a whole was not very clean. This was truly a waste of money.

  Place is dirty mess. The bottom of my bowl had guacamole on it because the line was a mess. No chips. No vinaigrette. Very disappointing.

  I ordered a quesadilla with extra white rice, but they only filled two of the things up and left the third one empty. This is like the 7th time this has happened and it always happens when I go to this place. Please fill all three spots up, nearly $12 for that meal just to be shortened constantly. Other than that, food is good.

  Almost always have good experiences at this location. Unfortunately today though a new individual was filling in from the Elyria location. They were friendly at first but when our order became “too complicated” they became visually irradiated. When we asked for cilantro we we told “we don’t do that here” yet ever other time we’ve never had a problem getting a side of it. We also ordered a veggie bowl with rice, corn, cheese and the aforementioned cilantro. And we received the picture below (at full price) I would understand if they were slam packed and super busy, but their was only one other customer behind us at the time of ordering.
