  I'm the go-to guy for lunch at my place of business and I go to so many restaurants in the sharonville area and I just want to say I was very pleased with the service and the attention I received at this Wendy's. The food is hot and fresh and the manager was extremely nice and worked with me on multiple orders. I appreciate it and I will return as regular. Coming off of breakfast they were able to make me two baked potatoes and I got a apple pecan salad and it was prompt and fresh.

  Waited forever at the drive thru window, and when I got my food it was barely warm. I don’t think there is a single time I’ve visited this Wendy’s and them get me in and out of the drive thru or lobby in less than 20 minutes.

  I've been to the drive thru 3 different times in the last month each time thinking the experience would be different, each with 0-3 cars in the drive thru and nobody parked to eat inside SLOWEST of slow food restaurants I've ever been to in my life waited 25 minutes each time to get cold disgusting food what a waste of time and money id rather eat dog food than this garbage go to any other Wendy's please shut this down or fire every employee here and get new ones

  I can tell the workers don't want to be there but I can't blame them. Inflation is real😭The food was great though

  This place is terrible! This is the last time I will visit! I ordered the Biggie Bag , total $6:06, give the drive thru my card, then she comes back and says you still owe 11 cent, I said why didn't you charge the entire amount to my card, she told me she does not know why the system did it that way. So I hand her a quarter she hands me my food with no change, I said where is my change, she said sorry don't have change you can call HR! You just assumed you weren't gonna give change! Then forgot an entire bag of food! COLD , NASTY FOOD AND RUDE SERVICE! Then I tried to call 6 times no answer! As soon as this post to my account, I will be having my bank return the money! The workers are lazy, ill informed and rude! The parking lot as well as their lobby looks like a total dump! DO NOT EAT HERE!
