  I’ve ordered DoorDash twice in a row this week for my kid from here and both times I’ve had to watch my child cry and give her my food because they don’t put her happy meal in the order. This mistake should not be made. You put a long receipt on the bag and you have a large order and just 1 bag you should automatically question if it’s all there. I’d rather my food have been left out than my kids happy meal twice! Now she cries McDonald’s don’t let me have a happy meal anymore. Check to make sure it’s all there before you seal a bag. DoorDash 07C23622 A happy meal is a joy for most kids. A treat. Now, not once but twice… it’s been taken away from her. Door dash can only refund the money. I paid for delivery and tip for this order and to order again id have to pay another delivery and tip. It’s ridiculous. You took my kids meal and her joy. I called to ask if they missed Giving the dasher a bag and I called maybe 30 times and no answer. Make it right.

  Made an order on the app, ordered was seen by the employees and then it "was cancelled" told to come in. I walk and don't get any customer service for a little while, then I'm told to make my order again because it has disappeared. So now I'm out $28 and need to make another order!?!?!? Instead of continuing to go back and forth I left. Do not recommend this location at all. Left with my family still hungry and out $28.

  This location is seriously a joke! The staff here are trifling and very unsanitary. If you eat at this location or know anyone who does I urge you to use caution while ordering! This is coming from a Restaurant General Manager who’s ServSafe certified so I take these things seriously. Within the last 30 days, once for breakfast once for dinner I’ve witnessed staff making food for customers with no gloves on! That’s very nasty and unsanitary. The first incident the manager got very upset and in his feelings because I called it out. The 2nd incident the female manager working told me “it shouldn’t matter be a it’s not my food” doesn’t matter to me if it’s my food or not. It’s the principle! I’ve reached out to their franchise office both times and it’s just swept under the rug.

  i work nights and live near by this location. i’ve gone ah couple times this past two weeks and the drive thru person is always so happy, and the older lady at the window to pass food out is such a sweetheart!! food is always correct and easy by the time i get to the second window!!!
