  I will never go to this place again. I purchased lunch for two staff members. There was no cheese on the burgers and they didn’t give 1 of the two cookies I purchased. I phoned the store and the Manager tried to argue with me. This is ridiculous, customer service is a thing of the past!

  If you don’t move forward to wait by the rail they will call the cops on you! Ordered my son’s happy meal made it to the second window was given a drink then was told that I had to move forward and wait. 8 had a crying toddler in the back so I told Mary I wasn’t moving without his food since he was crying. 10minutes later cops are knocking on my window saying they want me off the property saying that I was being unruly. I didn’t scream didn’t curse yet I was unruly. When I told Mary that I wasn’t moving since I had a upset toddler she closed the window started yelling at her manager that she wasn’t dealing with me not gonna argue that she wasn’t in the mood. At no point did the manager come speak with me to provide an estimate wait time or anything. It wasn’t until the cops arrived that I was finally given my child’s food. Worst McDonald’s drive thru experience ever.

  Ordered through the app on a slow Saturday. Food was made correctly, seemed fresh. Big Arch Burger was actually pretty good. Staff was pleasant.

  Was disappointed by my caramel iced coffee not having caramel in it. But the liquid sugar at least got added. Otherwise, the food was good. Went through drivethru.

  The manger there was so dam rude she should never talk to costumers like the way she did and then she said she was sick and had the flu then I said why u at work trying to make everyone else sick never will go back to here
