I ordered a large chocolate frosty at the drive through. The guy taking the order said, “Hold on a sec,” and took so long to return that I parked and walked in. There were 3 people behind the counter, 2 of them looking at their phones. The one not looking at her phone eventually walked over and took my order. She said, “We only have vanilla.” No apologies or any explanation of when they would have any other flavors. Really poor customer service. I blame the franchise owner, as obviously the employees have learned that customer service is not important.

They tell you to move up just to improve their time. I waited 45mins there was no one in front of me our behind me. I only ordered a dave single . SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! . The bread was stale the burger was cold. Monday night service I guess
