- MJMelissa JacksonFeb 27, 20261.0If I could give this place all zero stars, I would but in order to write a review I have to hit a star. This is probably THE WORST dunkin I've ever set foot in. Donuts are not fresh all the time. Its 5 am and they taste stale. Im pretty sure they are selling the day before donuts. They are VERY rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never return and I'll spread the word to my co workers as well... some have already said the same exact things I've said as well ..rude rude rude!

Which means rather than changing out the coffee grounds and filter after each batch of coffee is brewed, they chose to reuse the grounds and filter several times before discarding it from the machine.

- BSBeverly SwaileDec 3, 20255.0This is a 24-hours Dunkin. We came by about 9:45 at night needing 2 gallons of coffee to take off site for my organization. I tried calling ahead with no answer but took a chance and drove the five miles anyway because the website said they sold coffee by the gallon. Dunkin accommodated us quickly and efficiently. Note, the front doors are locked so you must go around the drive-thru to start with, but the gentlemen let us in based on the size of our order. He was very efficient. We will definitely use them again. He provided all of the cream, sugar, stirrers and paraphernalia we needed without having to ask. It's difficult to find large quantities of coffee when places like Starbucks are already closed at night. I was so happy to find a Dunkin open late. I will use them again!
