I will be calling corporate but i’m so disgusted and can’t believe this happened.

I love the service and the fact that they already know my usual order. I also like that the coffee isn’t too sweet and that they always pay attention to the details. If something ever goes wrong, I feel comfortable letting them know because they immediately find a solution. Plus, I can use the Dunkin’ app to make everything even easier!

I’m trying to get to see my sister Who is hospitalized after a bad car accident and I need some caffeine and something to eat I placed an order for two donuts and a small hot coffee with cream. I’m sitting at the window. I see no one at all in the store at all. There’s no customers nobody behind me. Suddenly I see a guy and I think a gray hoodie and jeans pop out go over and get my two donuts and then he disappears again. I would assume that Dunkin has coffee going probably all the time so I don’t know. What is taking so long this was the purpose of stopping was I saw you had no line so I can get in and get out quick and get on my way and yet I can’t get anybody to give me my stinking coffee and donuts. This is horrible service for Duncan and I see from the other reviews that I’m now seeing apparently this is a pretty stinky place so I’ll go somewhere else For my $6.07 for a small coffee and two stinking donuts
