I ordered the "limited time only" carne asada, and it was ICE COLD - like it was taken from the refrigerator and place directly on my tacos. I had literally 5 small strips of steak total. The guacamole was made with unripe avocados, rendering it impossible to eat. When I submitted an issue in the app to "Chat with Pepper", I was told they'd notify leadership. Not sure I'll ever go back, and Chipotle used to be a sure thing!! LAME!!

- EOEric OefflerJul 31, 20253.0Every time I order from this location online, I literally get screwed. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, and extra cheese. When I got back to work with my food and opened the bowl, all of the food was slid down to one end and when I leveled it out the bowl wasn't even half full, and no extra cheese. There were literally 6 small pieces of chicken in the bowl as well. I also order a side of queso and chips and both the small container of queso was half full as well as the bag of chips. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have a friend that works at a different Chipotle and he told me that when you order online, they are instructed to give you less food than when you come inside to order. Bye Chipotle!!!!!
