  Asked for 2 beef and cheddars with the cheddar on the side he charges me for two sides of cheddar. When I brought it to his attention he looked at me as if I was stupid for asking why I was charged twice for the same thing. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

  It’s very obvious why they only have 2.6 stars… After I paid $24 they pulled me forward because she didn’t realize that they didn’t have curly fries after sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Then I sat pulled forward for another 15 just to go in and get my food and they totally forgot about me, the manager needs to find a new job she’s on her cell phone doesn’t even care about anything and no one else has any ambition. Do better or shut down.

  Probably will never come back here, 30 minutes for “fast food”. 10 minutes to be waited on. Doesn’t even ask for name after order is taken. Orders online are priority instead of customers waiting in store for some time. I’d say it’s quite ridiculous, customer service is fundamental. Hire more capable people or do us a favor and shut it down.

  Just paid $40 for 4 beef and cheddar and 2 classic roast beefs. Got home and they was almost as small as a slider . They got small and raised prices. I will not be eating there again.
