I guess we have just become desensitized to the lack of care in the service industry. But I’m taking the time to congratulate the staff at Wendy’s this evening. My sandwich was well wrapped and warm (not hot, but you can’t have everything.) My fries and nuggets were resting well IN their container, not rolling around the bottom of the bag. ALSO, there were two napkins AND ketchup included. I tell you I was pleasantly surprised, and grateful for a tidy meal for once. Oh and the two people at the window were friendly and nice. Thanks guys
